Who we are
A new name, built on experienced hands
Poly Construction Holdings LLC — 萬盛建設 — is a licensed California general contractor based in Rosemead, building new homes and ADUs across the San Gabriel Valley. The brand is new; the people are not. Our principals, Howl Liu and Yinjie Qian, bring years of hands-on industry experience to every project.
We serve the community we're part of: primarily Chinese-speaking families across the SGV, working in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English on every project — not as a marketing line, but as the daily working language of the job.
The principles we work by are simple: serve the customer, keep our word, build practically, and share in what we build together — 服务顾客、笃守诚信、求实创新、共建共享.
