What to have ready (none of it is required)
You don't need drawings, a budget, or any paperwork to talk to us — plenty of families call with nothing but an idea. But if you want the most useful first conversation, these help:
- The property address (so we can look at the lot and city rules)
- What you're hoping to build — ADU, new home, or not sure yet
- Who it's for: family members, rental income, or both
- A rough sense of timing — this year, next year, just exploring
- Your questions — especially the uncomfortable ones about cost and time
What happens after you reach out
We'll talk through your property and goals, usually followed by a free evaluation of what your lot allows. If the project makes sense, we'll explain the four phases as they'd apply to you — including honest cost ranges and city timelines. If it doesn't make sense, we'll tell you that too.
